Engineering Manager (Former Employee) says"VERY poor management and all have their favourites who are the only ones that get pay rises. 70% of the work is on line irrelevant training not giving enough time to do your actual job so most decent staff have left and gone down south. Please don't waste your time. Serco were always good so credit to them.NothingEverything"
Rigger (Former Employee) says"Unethical, they just do not have the skills or abitly to truly get it done correct. They try to learn from ppl who have the skills and fire them when Flour is expossed."
Security Technician Level 4 (Current Employee) says"If you’re offered a job, take it for the salary but as soon as a better company gives you their offer- take it. Incredibly pathetic leadership and disorganized-chaotic numbskulling. Mumbling, inexperienced trainers. You have plenty of supervisors and none of them are helpful in training. Their pay schedule that you fill out is horribly complicated and confusing to the average employee. I came into this company with an open mind, but it didn’t take long to discover what a poorly organized company it is. They cut corners constantly and hire subpar incompetent workers who mumble their way past you as you ask questions about your job. They enforce political correctness and No discrimination rules but it’s simply a way for them to hire workers from third world nations and pay them next to nothing."
Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"When I worked with them, the people who were supposed to be my partners never showed and I had to work alone thus no breaks. They make it mandatory overtime on me though, even though they never give me help. There supervisor then after everything I don't fire me through text message to my emergency contact not even trying to get a hold of me. Worse company ever."
Piping Designer (Former Employee) says"This review is only for houston office. Absolutely the worst engineering office I've worked in over 40 years in the business. The group leaders act like they are better than you. Treat a man like childrenNothingMuch"

Lead HVAC Technician (Former Employee) says"Queen City Fluor/Stork. This was one of the most hostile environments I ever worked. Site Manager would curse employees and managers out. Threatening jobs. A very unhappy place to work. And dont go to HR he would say. I'll find a way to fire you. Plus the HR lady also had several other titles other than HR. Very surprised no one has sued them over this Coward."

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"Some people are very well protected by managers and get by with anything, they will always have a job there. Others will not — stressful everyday due to budgets."
Equipment Operator (Former Employee) says"My work experience with Flour was very bad. Upper management didn’t care about the employees personal needs, time off for doctors appointments and other family issues. If you requested time off you got written up and subject to termination. The only thing they cared about was finishing the job so they could get their incentive bonus at the end of the job, I will never work for flour again"
Night Shift Foreman (Former Employee) says"Stop you from coming from vocation so they can keep your vocation money when you do the same work as other section of the company they want to pay some people less for the same work"
Quality Coordinator (Former Employee) says"I worked for Fluor in Afghanistan, they are just a warmed over KBR. More concerned with the creature comforts afforded to the tier one drones, a bunch of whining people who don't care about the "mission"."
Forklift Operator (Current Employee) says"Dependability and hard work mean nothing at fluor. The supervisor gives advances based on personal feelings. They hire anybody regardless of experience or quality just to have bodies on the floor. Then they flew quality employees they have are expected to do their own jobs and fix all the mistakes. Working at fluor is a temporary pay check at best."
foreman (Current Employee) says"Fluor is loosing the Logcap 5 contract so to increase profits they hire ONC which outnumbers 9 to 1 american. ONC runs the show, if you feel discriminated to bad Fluor has no interest in hearing from you, ONC to making it had for Americans so they will leave, cant think of oneall"
Logistics (Former Employee) says"Fluor runs on a program of making their employees live in constant fear of losing their job. They retaliate against employees to stop career advancement. Fluor is guilty of constant fraud, waste, and abuse in the Retro sort yard. All in all this is a very very very poor company to work for."
